There are several varieties, including vegetarian options like cheese, mushrooms, and potatoes.
Khinkali is prepared by placing the filling inside dough, then folding and twisting the top to seal the dumpling, forming a knob that diners typically hold while eating. The dumplings are boiled, and when cooked, the filling releases a flavorful broth inside. Traditionally, Khinkali is eaten by biting into the dumpling, sipping the broth, and then consuming the rest, leaving the doughy top behind.

About Khinkali Maker
A Khinkali making machine is designed to automate the production of Khinkali, a traditional Georgian dumpling. Such as the GQ-2-SMD, offers advanced features that allow for high production efficiency, producing 80 to 120 pieces per minute. The machine can adjust the size, weight, and thickness of the dough, making it versatile for different Khinkali varieties. It also features dual frequency control for stable operation and a slow pressure dough system to maintain dough quality
Characteristics
Full-servo Control: Advanced full servo driving is adopted. There are 8 servo motors to control dumpling machine, which increases the stability of the machine and also makes operation and maintenance much easier.
IPC Control: IPC control is adopted other than PLC control, which is more stable and timely, easy to be extended. Dough pressing part and forming part are connected by EtherCAT protocol, which makes connection easier and communication more stable.
