The post-packaging section is a critical component of a fully automated frozen food production system. It ensures efficient handling, boxing, sealing, and palletizing of products after freezing. - Product Alignment & Inspection
Products exit the spiral freezer or IQF tunnel.
Conveyed through multi-lane alignment belts.
Integrated with metal detectors and checkweighers to ensure food safety compliance.
- Automatic Bagging or Tray Packing
Dumplings or buns are automatically counted and packed into plastic bags or thermoformed trays.
Heat-sealing or lidding is performed immediately after packing.
- Box or Trays Packing System
Packed units are grouped and placed into corrugated cartons using automatic case packers.
Cartons are sealed using either hot-melt glue or adhesive tape.
- Labeling & Traceability
Barcode printers and automatic label applicators are installed.
Real-time integration with MES/ERP systems for production tracking and inventory control.
- Robotic Palletizing
Cartesian or 6-axis industrial robots stack cartons on pallets in pre-defined patterns.
Optional pallet dispenser and slip sheet applicator can be integrated.
