With the continuous expansion of the overseas frozen prepared food market, local food processing enterprises in Russia are accelerating the automated upgrading of production lines to solve long-term industry pain points, including low manual Kali dumpling output, labor shortages and unstable finished product quality. Recently, a customized 6-roller residual dough fully automatic Kali dumpling forming production line has completed installation and commissioning and been officially put into mass production at a cooperative Russian food factory, helping the client optimize production processes and drastically reduce labor input.
The core equipment launched in this project is the 6-roller residual dough Kali dumpling forming machine. Different from conventional forming equipment, this machine is equipped with six sets of roller pressing structures, which can refine and knead dough multiple times. It effectively recycles and reuses residual dough to reduce raw material loss, delivering uniform and flexible dough texture. The formed Kali dumplings feature thin and even wrappers, tight sealing, and excellent resistance to cracking and filling leakage during steaming and boiling, fully meeting the production specifications of mainstream Kali dumpling products in the Russian market.
The complete production line integrates fully automated processes including dough mixing, dough feeding, filling injection, forming and tray arranging, enabling continuous and uninterrupted mass production without relying on a large number of manual workers for dumpling wrapping and finishing.
The Russian local food industry has long been plagued by difficulties in recruiting front-line workers and rising annual labor costs. Traditional Kali dumpling production is highly dependent on skilled workers, resulting in unstable product quality affected by human factors and limited capacity expansion during peak order seasons. Since the operation of this automatic Kali dumpling production line, staffing requirements for wrapping and shaping positions have been significantly reduced. The workshop only requires a small number of staff for equipment inspection, raw material supply and finished product transportation, achieving substantial labor cost reduction.
In addition, the standardized automated production mode ensures consistent weight and appearance of each batch of Kali dumplings, stably meeting the supply standards of supermarkets and distributors, and effectively improving product qualification rate and market competitiveness.
The equipment supports flexible adjustment of dumpling shapes, weights and production speeds according to customer demands. It adapts to local Russian ingredient formulas and is compatible with the production of various Kali dumpling fillings such as meat filling and mixed vegetable filling. The whole machine adopts a easy-to-clean structure, fully complying with local food production hygiene standards. We will continue to follow up on the operation of the production line and provide long-term remote technical support and spare parts guarantee to support stable capacity expansion for the factory.
Targeting the automation transformation needs of frozen food manufacturers in Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking regions, we provide customized forming equipment and complete production line solutions for Kali dumplings, wontons and traditional dumplings. Our solutions adapt to different factory space, capacity budgets and process requirements, helping more overseas food enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
