Beyond food applications, the palletizer works well for bundled tissue paper packs, pharmaceutical cartons and cases, packaged daily chemical goods, electrical & electronic component cartons. This specific unit for our US customer is customized and fine‑tuned for low‑temperature, humid conditions in frozen food workshops. It supports quick changeover between multiple pallet sizes to fit varied production batches. Controlled by PLC plus a user‑friendly HMI touchscreen, all production parameters can be set visually. No advanced programming knowledge is required; operators can run the machine after short training. It can be integrated directly into existing automatic gyoza lines, siomai production lines and downstream packaging lines.
