Recently, continuous test runs of the automatic shaomai forming machine have been carried out in our production workshop. We recorded the machine performance under multi-batch production through on-site shooting, focusing on verifying operational stability when processing different fillings.
Many central kitchens and food processing factories have key concerns when selecting shaomai making equipment. Can the machine handle various fillings such as glutinous rice filling, diced meat filling and mushroom filling? Will changes in filling moisture affect finished shaomai appearance and forming pass rate? Targeting these pain points, our workshop test runs covered multiple batches of production. This commercial automatic shaomai machine can automatically finish wrapper feeding, filling injection and flower shaping. It is designed for large-volume commercial production. Test results show that even with fluctuating filling moisture and uneven particle sizes, the machine can consistently produce well-shaped shaomai with good forming uniformity. It reduces manual operation and cuts labor costs. Operators can adjust output and forming specifications as required. The machine fits mass production for frozen food factories and prefabricated food plants, and also supports flexible small & medium batch production for catering central kitchens and pastry processing factories.
