Complete Gyoza Production Line Exported To Germany, Serving Local Pre-made Food Manufacturers

The German pre-made and frozen food market continues to show strong demand for Japanese-style products. Gyoza, dumplings and spring rolls are steadily gaining popularity in supermarkets, convenience stores and food service channels. Recently, a complete set of Japanese-style gyoza equipment has been exported from our company to Germany and delivered to a local pre-made food manufacturer for large-scale frozen gyoza production.

The production line enables continuous processes from dough preparation, dough sheeting, forming and automatic tray arrangement to conveyor cooling, helping the customer establish an automated workflow from raw materials to frozen finished products. To meet European requirements for product appearance, consistency, hygienic design and traceable production, the equipment is built with food-grade stainless steel. Key parts can be quickly removed for cleaning, and forming parameters are adjustable, allowing stable production of frozen gyoza suitable for the German market.

1. Equipment Adaptation for the German Market

Hygienic and material compliance: Food contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces and minimal hygiene dead zones. This supports daily cleaning and disinfection in food factories and helps customers implement HACCP-based production management.

European electrical adaptation: The control system and main electrical components are adapted to the European operating environment, meeting local factory requirements for power supply, safety protection and equipment stability, while reducing the risk of on-site modifications.

Flexible product adjustment: Wrapper thickness, filling weight, forming speed and pleat pattern can be adjusted according to customer orders. The same production line can support different gyoza specifications, making it suitable for pre-made food factories with multiple SKUs.

2. Production Line Planning and Project Delivery

This export project is not simply a single equipment sale, but a complete line solution based on the customer's factory layout and production capacity goals. In the early stage, the project includes workshop layout suggestions, equipment configuration planning, utility interface confirmation and capacity calculation. Before shipment, the machines are fully tested. After arrival in Germany, on-site installation guidance, commissioning support and operator training are provided.

Considering the importance of stable production and low downtime for European customers, we also deliver operation manuals, maintenance guidelines and spare parts recommendations together with the equipment. Remote technical support is available to assist the customer during commissioning and mass production, helping reduce the time to market.

After introducing this gyoza line, the customer mainly produces frozen Japanese-style gyoza for local supermarkets and food service customers in Germany. Automated production reduces reliance on manual wrapping, improves product consistency and helps the customer meet the growing demand for pre-made pastry products in Europe.

3. European Export Experience in Pastry Equipment

Beyond this German gyoza project, our pastry machinery serves pre-made food manufacturers across many countries and regions including Italy, the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Russia, the Philippines, Spain and India. Our equipment can produce dumplings, wontons, siu mai, spring rolls, samosas, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, pizza, cookies, bread, egg yolk pastries, mooncakes and other pastry & bakery products.

If you are a frozen food factory, pre-made food manufacturer or central kitchen in Germany or other European countries, and are considering automation upgrades for gyoza or other pastry production, please feel free to contact us for equipment configuration and capacity evaluation.
