WS400 Mochi Ice Cream Encrusting & Tray Arranging Machine is a 2-in-1 unit specially developed for soft, sticky and hot-filled products such as mochi ice cream, daifuku and snow skin mochi. These soft filled snacks are easily deformed if handled manually after forming. This machine drops finished products directly into trays right after encrusting, without manual touching, so the shape stays intact. It is widely used in frozen dessert factories, pre-made food workshops and central kitchens.
Traditional production requires separate encrusting machine and tray arranging machine. This integrated model combines two processes into one, cutting equipment investment and saving workshop floor space. It is ideal for small and medium dessert processors and bakery supply chains.
