Tricolor swirl cookies, jam decorated cookies and stuffed cookies gain much higher profit margins in holiday hamper, souvenir and supermarket premium snack channels. However, many bakery manufacturers used to buy separate machines for different cookie styles. That leads to high capital cost, crowded workshop layout and long changeover time between different products.
The WS700C three-color cookie depositor is developed to solve this pain point. It is equipped with 4 independent feeding hoppers, which can deliver dough of three different colours or flavours at the same time for marbled and layered cookies. Thanks to modular tooling design, operators can switch between twisted cookies, wire-cut cookies, long filled bars and jam dotted cookies simply by swapping nozzles and cutting assemblies, without replacing the main machine.
Customers can select 6-row, 9-row or 15-row output configurations based on tunnel oven width and target hourly capacity. It can be smoothly integrated with existing baking, cooling and packaging lines. The whole machine frame is built with food-grade 304 stainless steel. The separate jam dosing system allows independent adjustment of jam flow and dough extrusion pressure via touch screen, which guarantees consistent patterns and stable cookie weight, and cuts material waste.
We provide Russian-language HMI for clients in Russia and Central Asia. For Middle East buyers, the machine can match Halal production requirements. For European and American customers, it meets CE and food contact material standards.
